The Mayor's Multicultural Council of Stamford sponsored by the Palace Theater presents an event to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage, to share and recognize the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America.
