"Pequot Founders: Building a Library and a Legacy"
Join us for a reception celebrating an exhibition about the founders and early history of Pequot Library, 2/16/17 at 6:30pm.
• Discover letters from Pequot founders
• Explore 1894 acquisition ledgers and some of the first books acquired by Pequot Library
• Inspect architectural blueprints for the historic building
• View travel photographs
• Examine an 1855 passport
• Study stereoscopic images from the 1890s to the 1900s

Opening reception:
• 7pm Guided Tour led by Lynne Laukhuf
• Light hors d'oeuvres and wine served
• Free and open to the public
