The Fifth Annual NICE Festival Saturday, July, 10, 2021, 11am-10pm Oyster Shell Park, Norwalk, CT – Rain or Shine. Food, Live Music, Dance, Arts & Crafts. FREE Admission, Rain or Shine Donations Welcomed. Vendor and Volunteer applications are now open.
The Norwalk International Cultural Exchange (NICE) is a 501(c3) nonprofit organization whose goal is to promote and increase awareness of the diversity in our community through arts and culture.
