Jennifer Rezende specializes in threading line art, and digital portraits. Jennifer is inspired by other line artists and considers herself a minimalist. She has spent the last four years trying to find herself by pushing her creative boundaries.
Facing challenges such as, spending a quarter of her college career majoring in marine biology, and not taking a single art class since middle school, Jennifer has pushed through many fears of failure and not being talented enough. Fortunately, she has had the support of the entire MAD Team since the very beginning to help her overcome these fears.
Transitioning from marine biology to art was very drastic. Jennifer was extremely upset when she was no longer able to pursue her aquatic dream, she says “I’ve always been drawn to the ocean and I fell in love with the marine biology class I took in high school.” Following up with, “But once I started diving into more advanced courses, I soon realized I didn’t know what I got myself into and that it might’ve not been the right path for me.”
“Growing Lines is about me growing as an artist and presenting myself fresh out of college. I have worked hard long hours to get to where I am today and am super excited to get to show the community what I’ve accomplished within these last three years.”
