Art dealer and Creative Consultant Suhayb Zarroug has been art dealing since 2015 after running Future Business Leaders of America Club in Highschool and starting a clothing line right in the summer after 12th grade and first semester of college in 2013/14 and dropping out. Around 2015 he started by doing a show for Trinity College students and local Hartford artists and a show in the only independent coffee shop in Downtown Hartford that he was also running. Shortly after that in 2015 he was working with, representing, and dealing works for Michael Hafftka a world renowned expressionist with works in the MoMA, MET, & National Gallery. He then went on to privately deal artworks and consult in business/marketing for years recently starting a creative consulting company The Black Sheep during quarantine with Melissa Papageorge that creative directed/ Produced Miley Cyrus's album cover shoot by Mick Rock.

This event by Novo Systems is the first promotional event for the company and will include works painted by the founder Suhayb Ibn M Zarroug who was inspired during quarantine to paint these works on chalkboards, an idea first conceived of by him for a abstract series in this medium in 2018.

With the quarantine starting to wind down parents wanted to rid their homes of these chalkboards and this created an interesting dynamic as the works were painted only on chalkboards acquired from families in Connecticut who were homeschooling.
