All Welcome: Gallery Reception Friday, Oct. 29 from 5-7pm

On Saturday, October 9 twenty-five artists set up easels to paint, sketch or photograph many of New Canaan’s iconic landscapes and settings such as Waveny Park, the Bristow Bird Sanctuary, New Canaan Historical Society and Grace Farms. The finished pieces will be exhibited and available for sale October 28, 29 & 30th in the gallery.

Also featuring the thesis exhibit TRACES by Evelyn Harvey. In this body of work Harvey references her personal experience and engagement of South Western Connecticut’s environment. Using painting, photography, and printmaking processes, the work shows the environment through the context of time, memory, history, and entropy.
