Open level yoga class with Emily Tully is free to new students from 5-6pm. 
Katy Kerschner Ghadiyali and myself are reppin'#YoungLiving @ 6:15 in Braach's Flower shop. 
The boys at ATP+ will answer all your fitness, training, nutrition and chiropractic questions. 
The Stand is dishin out healthy snacks and juices and hosting a few vendors.
And, of course, cocktails. I will see you at El Segundo at 5pm.
