Please join us as we celebrate community in Rowayton’s beautiful Pinkney Park for the final class of PopUpYoga's Summer Session. Upon arrival, please walk down to the waterside gazebo and sign in. 

PopUpYoga Connecticut is a donation based community yoga project ($10 suggested donation). We will have some mats, blocks and straps available for those who need to borrow, but please bring your own if possible. 

Pinkney Park is a grassy area and can have morning dew, so a towel might be helpful under your mat. Please don’t forget the sunblock just in case :) Class will begin promptly at 10:00 AM, so please arrive 15 minutes early in order to get settled and sign in.

PARKING INFORMATION:
There is ample parking available behind Sails Restaurant, which is a quick walk to Pinkney Park. Be mindful of the morning traffic!! Saturdays can be busy, so give yourself plenty of time. There are some local spots, like Flea (behind Sails) where you can come early and get coffee or tea and some light breakfast before class begins. The area around the park is gorgeous and we encourage you to explore the area after class.
