Experience deep connected breathing
The breath is central to most spiritual and healing pathways. It is a doorway to greater awareness, relaxation and healing.
In these sessions we will learn how to breathe deeply and consciously allowing for release of tension and body armoring, uncovering blocks and resistance to greater balance and wholeness, and allowing for free energy flow and a softening within. As a result we can intimately re-connect with our true selves and the longing for an open heart.

Carla Wales is certified in Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Release and is an avid practitioner of Love’s breath and other breath modalities. She is wholly dedicated to a path of healing and awakening.
While in Connecticut this winter, she is usually travelling worldwide attending and facilitating workshops. She offers guided journeys into the breath, dance and healing.
