Grand Opening Danger Gallery "Friends + Lovers"

  • Danger Gallery 652 Glenbrook Road Stamford, CT, 06906 United States (map)

Come celebrate the GRAND OPENING and debut show at the Danger Gallery, "FRIENDS+LOVERS".

Opening reception with the artists will be held on Saturday, October 22nd, from 7-9PM, located at the Danger Gallery in the Glenbrook Industrial Park at 652 Glenbrook Road in Stamford, CT.

FRIENDS+LOVERS is a story of gratitude. It symbolizes the gratitude we feel for all the people and experiences we've shared in our lives that have helped shape us into who we are today. We invite you to look to both the past and the future. With all the years of human existence and the overwhelming fact that we could have been alive at any other point in history, we are extremely lucky to be sharing the same timeline of life together right now. This show is a celebration of friends, both here in person and in spirit who have helped make the Danger Gallery a reality today.

This show will be featuring artwork by Adam Ace, Mark Andreas, Cris Dam, Holly Danger, Toby Goodshank, Ruben Marroquin, Ben Quesnal and Liz Squillace.

Live audio/visual performance by "The Moon".

Danger Gallery is the experimental artspace and studio of visual artist Holly Danger, located in the Glenbrook Industrial Park in Stamford, CT.

Our mission is to provide opportunities to artists and musicians through audio/visual exhibitions while simultaneously integrating our own visual work and curatorial practices. We showcase artists that create unconventional, provocative, contemporary visual and graphic art, video installations and live music shows.

As a studio, we offer post-production services such as video editing, motion graphic design and video installations.

We believe that there is an essential need for a place where artists and musicians can share their work. The Danger Gallery is a place where we can be pushed to expand our ideas, meet collaborators and add a vibrance to our environment by making it a better place to live.
